Refund policy
We truly hope you never need to request a return or exchange, however, being as all of our coffees are perishable and roasted to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If there are any issues, please email us at bigskycoffeecompany1205@gmail.com with a description of your issue and we will try and find a resolution! ( Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift card(s) or sale items.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
Please visually inspect your order for damages and order correctness when you receive it. If an item is damaged or incorrect please contact us by email so we can evaluate and take care of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations can be requested prior to processing and your beans being roasted. Once the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges on items purchased as they are made to order.
